How do I
register for a course?
• Click on the class you
are interested in to read the class description.
• Click ENROLL NOW.
• You will see a list of
all the OSHA courses we offer. Find the class you want to take
and check the check box on the right hand side of the class.
• Scroll down to ADD TO
CART.
• You will see the class
you ordered and the price. Be sure to enter the discount code if
there is a discount for the class.
• Click check out and
proceed.
• This is where you add
your name and payment information. You can pay with a credit
card, debit card or telecheck. The site is secure for you to do
this. You will be asked to choose a login name and password for
the class. The login name will be your e-mail address.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will be e-mailed a
receipt with your login information. Click on the link provided
to access your My Training page where you can log in to your
course.
• Once you are on your My
Training page, click on the course title to launch your course.
Make sure you do not have your pop-up blocker on!
• Once you have
successfully taken the course, you will be presented with the
final exam. You have 3 chances to pass the final exam. If you do
not pass, you will be locked out of the course, and you must
repurchase the course and start from the beginning.
**After you pass the final exam, you must complete the end of
course survey. Once you have completed the survey, you can print
your Course Completion certificate from your My Training page.
Within 6-8 weeks you will receive your official DOL OSHA card.

How do I register for a course without a username or password?
In order to
take a course, you need to have a username and password. When
you register for courses, you will create a username and
password for yourself. If you’d like to take a course, go to
the
Virtual University and
select the type of courses that you are interested in taking
from the "Online Courses” menu.

I
forgot my User Name and Password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Virtual
University and click on the "forgot password” link to the right
of the page. Then enter your email address. You should receive
an email to your email address stating your password.

Must I
complete my course in one sitting?
No! You do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the
end of a section, you can log out and when you log back in, all
of your information will be saved.

Can I register
and pay for an employee?
A registration will remain in the name of the person who has
registered for the course. If you are interested in registering
an employee or group of employees, please
contact us.

Is there a time restriction on completing the course?
Courses do not have a time restriction, except for the OSHA 500
and 501. For the 500 and 501, students have 60 days to complete
the course. For the OSHA 10 Hour Outreach and 30 Hour Outreach
courses the time to complete the course is six months.

You can pay for the course by check card or credit card. If you
are a corporate client that is signing up multiple students, you

reprint.

No financial aid is available for our courses.

I have taken the 10-hour Outreach Training course. When will I
receive my OSHA card?
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a temporary
certificate of completion from us. In 4-6 weeks, you
will receive your official card from OSHA and the Department of
Labor in the mail.

Prerequisites for the OSHA 500 include 5 years of construction
safety & health experience plus OSHA 30-Hour Construction
Outreach Training Course/OSHA 510 or an equivalent 30 hours of

If you are taking the OSHA 500 course you will receive a Code of
Federal Regulations 1926, pen/highlighter, two Department of

course you will receive a Code of Federal Regulations 1910,
pen/highlighter, two Department of Labor forms to be returned at
the completion of your course in a self-addressed stamped
envelope.
